Staircase #1 -Slithering

Source C: Staircase from ground floor to studio area

Above are my 3 complimenting illustrations of designs for my stairs. I have intentionally designed the staircase to be a spiral as it directly relates to the theme "Slithering" derived from Audrey Allen and Ashton Cameron's jewelry design. A concept inspired by one of their snake design jewelry imitating the movement of a snake, hence a spiral design. This is also allows to be an effective connecting space between the shared ground area to above studio floor. Further, I have also selected glass handrails to enhance and captivate the aesthetic feature of the room. This further enhances the contemporary and modern look within the jewelry studio spaces and correlating to the overall space of the building. The glass for the stair tread itself is a timber finish to add a sleek design. For this, I was inspired by the Wallflower Architecture + Design's design below.

Introduction of Myself !

a. My Creative Work - Urban Landscape

For this digital work I have designed a city landscape through photomontages. As fun as watching various photomontages tutorials on YouTube, I was inspired by one of the videos and I took the approach of creating one myself! And its final presentation it did not turn out that bad. I had created this through Photoshop which took hours. I first took various images off Google and then blended into a realistic perspective where everything would nicely compliment each other.

b. Image of Great Architecture - the exchange by Kengo Kuma

For this I have chosen the Kengo Kuma Wrap, located within Darling Habour. Personally, the design of architecture of the building surprises me. The timber sculptural design renders  a very contemporary visual and vibes when viewed from the outside. And when at night, the warm lights just brings everything together, where people can relax and enjoy the city! The circular form is just visually appealing. This is definitely one of the key contemporary designs in the city!

c. Original Photograph of Amazing Landscape - Seoul Skyline

This picture was taken at Seoul Tower when i traveled to Korea last year with few of my mates! This was an incredible experience seeing the skyline of Seoul, especially at night time. It was definitely a breath taking experience and would want to go there again! 10/10 :D
